Returns & Exchanges Policy
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your dress is perfect for your special occasion.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original condition:
- Unworn and unaltered
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity of our special occasion collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sequin Party Dresses (due to the delicate nature of sequin work)
- Statement Mesh Maxi Dresses (featuring intricate mesh detailing)
- Any items from The Wedding Edit and Bridal Collection
- Dresses with visible signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Total Time: Typically 8-15 business days from when we receive your return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB – refunded to your card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For eligible exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
International Returns
For our valued international customers (serving worldwide excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia):
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
