Our dresses are carefully crafted with standard sizing. We recommend consulting our detailed size chart available on each product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest ordering the larger size as our dresses can be taken in more easily than let out.
Do you offer bridesmaid separates?
Yes! We understand the importance of mix-and-match options for bridal parties. Our Bridesmaid Separates collection offers versatile tops and skirts that can be combined to create unique looks for each member of your bridal party while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.

What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
Our team dedicates 1-2 business days to ensure every detail is perfect before shipping. During this time, we conduct thorough quality checks, carefully package your garment with protective materials, and prepare all shipping documentation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we proudly serve customers worldwide from our Baton Rouge studio. However, due to logistical constraints, we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas and certain locations in Asia.
What if I need my dress urgently for an event?
We recommend selecting our Standard Shipping option and placing your order well in advance of your event. For extremely urgent needs, please contact our customer care team at [email protected], and we’ll explore possible solutions.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Lace & Beads Shop dress. If for any reason your dress doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
